QI / PRANA
Qi and Prana are names for the Universal Life Force energy that exists in all living things. The Chinese cultures use "Chi," the Japanese cultures "Ki," and Indian cultures "Prana." This is the energy that gets moved during yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation.
This energy moves through meridians that are connected by the seven main chakra centers throughout the body.
